Surveillance is performed only after subject addresses are verified. We generally use 1-2 man / vehicle operations, depending on the location, times, and nature of the case. Written reports, photos, and video are utilized in documenting a subject's movements.

Insurance related investigations are normally begun with 3 four-hour sessions on different days of the week and different times of days to attempt to determine the subject's general activity (or possibly work) schedule (rather than spending a large chunk of hours at once, potentially wasted) . When some frame of schedule is determined, a more thorough watch is performed. Weather can be a factor to choosing the right times to work surveillance, especially if yard and other outside work is a possibility.

In custody-related surveillance, the parent having visitation will be watched in terms of delivering proper care of the children. This can include focus on proper supervision while outside, use of proper car-seats, apparent substance or alcohol use while having custody, as well as whether kids are simply dropped off with someone else while the parent goes out. An additional factor is identifying other persons who may either be living in the home or visiting the home. Do they have criminal records or unsavory lifestyles?

Reports in these cases, as well as infidelity cases and background/activity watches, are prepared with embedded photos and accompanied with DVD time-stamped recordings.
